Vascular Graft Solutions wins FDA approval to Market the VIOLA clampless proximal anastomosis system for CABG
1 March 2021 - Vascular Grafts Solutions announced today receipt of marketing clearance from the FDA for the VIOLA, a new device for clampless proximal anastomosis in coronary artery bypass grafting.
The VIOLA device minimises aortic manipulation during on and off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting and enable cardiac surgeons to perform protected, clean, and dry proximal anastomosis without partial clamping the aorta.
