Report offers blueprint to sustain Australia's health care system
8 August 2019 - Recommendations from a new report on the future of healthcare in Australia will be road tested in the real world before being promoted more broadly.
A taskforce of medical, health and other professionals produced the report, Australia’s Health 2040: The right care, at the right price, in an efficient system, which was released on Thursday.
For the next step, some taskforce members will implement recommendations within their own organisations.
