New anniversary price reductions and Ministerial discretion guidance material available
20 April 2018 - Guidance material on new anniversary price reductions and Ministerial discretion arrangements, that were signed into law on 21 February 2018, is now available.
This includes lists of medicines that will take ten and fifteen year anniversary price reductions on 1 June 2018.
Further updates related to the 'First New Brand' statutory price reduction changes from 16% to 25% and related Ministerial Discretion will be made available soon, in advance of their commencement date on 1 October 2018.
