Multiple sclerosis sufferer Natalie Adams lives in fear

29 November 2017 - Lying in a hospital bed with her skin feeling like it had been dipped in acid, Tauranga woman Natalie Adams feared her latest multiple sclerosis attack would leave her wheelchair bound.

The 38-year-old solo mother-of-two said the attack in April this year, which centred around the top of her spine, was her most terrifying yet.

"It's only luck that means I'm not disabled, and that's just frightening," said Adams.
