30 July 2025 - The Department of Health and Social Care has asked NICE to produce guidance on the use of dostarlimab in combination with platinum-based chemotherapy in the NHS in England.

For the time being, dostarlimab when used in combination with platinum-based chemotherapy should not be used for the treatment of adults with primary advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer with microsatellite stability or mismatch repair proficiency when systemic treatment is suitable.
